Peranmai is a forthcoming tamil film directed by film director, S.P.Jananathan starring Jayam Ravi in the lead role. The movie story is about a forest officer(Jeyam ravi) foiling the plan of a group of terrorists trying to enter the country with the help of 5 girls.

Jeyam ravi plays a one-man army in this film similar to that of Sylvester Stallone in Rambo. Debutants Saranya, Tanusika, Varsha, Vasundra, Liyasree play the lead female roles. The film also has an elephant which is said to have a huge part in the film.
